Rubicon Programs has prioritized making necessary adjustments and improvements to the East Bay infrastructure and delivery model. This has allowed them to remain responsive and ensure relevant and effective supports are available to our community in an evolving climate.
This 2021 Annual Report was conceived with the participant spotlight on Warnisha; who, through Rubicon Programs, went from having no hope, to having a stable income and better opportunities ahead of her.
